Lost/Stolen/Missing Package
Once the package has been shipped by CR8 MY TEE, LLC, we are no longer responsible and are unable to replace or refund the purchase. You will need to file a claim with the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks.
CR8 MY TEE, LLC does not accept cancellations once an order is paid. We only issue refunds and/or remake items if there is an error on our part. Ex. incorrect size/color, misspelled wording, or peeling before apparel has been worn. Customer is responsible for returning the unworn apparel prior to us remaking the item.
